To comply with statutory standards of competence, we observe rigorous recruitment procedures to ensure that candidates most suited for the job are selected. Our panel of interviewers are seasoned and experienced in health care standards and are skilled in eliciting possession of desirable skills and values in the interview process.

All staff members are DBS checked and quality assurance visits and quality control checks are regularly undertaken.

Again, all staff members undertake statutory training needed at this level of care of health care. In addition, all Care Workers are encouraged and supported to obtain Health and social care certificate
